Echo and Earth is dedicated to guiding individuals in Whitley Bay, Tynemouth, North Shields and the surrounding areas, towards profound relaxation and spiritual connection through transformative sound therapy experiences. Our mission is to create a serene space where healing vibrations support your well-being and inner harmony, fostering lasting peace and rejuvenation.

While my initial journey started with Yoga, I’ve been fortunate to broaden my skills further. In 2024 I gained a Certificate and Diploma in Integral Sound Healing for groups with The Sound Healing Academy.

Integral Sound Healing uses specific instruments, such as: Tibetan Bowls, hand held drum, wind gongs along with other instruments, music, voice tones and other vibrations to facilitate healing in the mind, body, spirit and soul.

Why join a sound bath? Our brain produces frequencies that synchronise with the frequencies produced by the instruments and this triggers the relaxation response, which allows us to achieve deeper relaxation. Sometimes there may be a release of emotion and the group will be reminded of this prior to the session.
